Jon, Harry is probably right. I want Google to not be the cliche that is always present when Big Business and lawyers get together. So I was thinking they were more worried about stuff like this than about instances of colorful expression, porn, etc.
The "this" in my previous comment did not refer to the comments under the post it points to (just so we're clear...). It was supposed to be pointing at instances of robotic blogs that my original post had linked to. I see that those roboblogs no longer exist, suggesting that there may be a policy of eradicating such.

No, actually, I hadn't. Interesting. I wonder if they offer the flagee any insight into how, why, or which flaggers have caused them to be flagged.
